Dihanira C Grunz, has been working as a bi-lingual interior designer since 1999 and is driven by an outside the box approach that allows her to make the impossible seem possible.  She has the innate ability to work within budget, keep projects on schedule and up to code.  Her professionalism and ethical approach to business has earned the respect of her peers and contributed greatly to her success, allowing her to continue to excel in her career.  Dihanira has a comprehensive design background and has worked for several top hospitality design firms as well as being a private business owner.  This experience covers a full array of commercial design projects, ranging from hospitality to international brand standards, residential, corporate & retail interiors as well as conceptual landscape design.  Dihanira has been privileged to work on a wide range of projects both domestic and international including Capricho Resort, Araiza Hotel and multiple bars and restaurants. 

 

Dihanira has extensive experience and knowledge of bid and proposal, project management and site coordination from construction to close-out. This includes interior architectural design, construction documentation, FF&E design selection and specifications and FF&E quality & assurance.  She has worked extensively with renovation projects as well as new construction. 

 

Dihanira is a highly personable and collaborative all in Team player.   She has a knack for the details and believes in the need for high quality documentation in order to develop and successfully execute a project.  She is readily available to the Customer and project team.  She strives to efficiently meet the needs of the client.
